When you run the free AI Visibility Spot Check, you describe a business (business name, city or service area, industry, and optionally a website and up to three competitor names) and you paste the answers an AI assistant gave you. You may run the spot check without providing an email address.
If you save your report or reserve Founding Access, you provide your email address. Your saved report and founding-access details are tied to that address; the report itself is produced on screen when your answers are analyzed.
We collect first-party usage events (page views, funnel steps, and button clicks, without personal information) to understand how the tool is used and where it can be improved.
All payment transactions are processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). We do not store, process, or transmit full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
We use your business profile and pasted answers to produce your diagnostic report, your email to tie saved reports and founding-access details to you, and aggregate usage events to evaluate the tool. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You may request deletion of your email address, business profile, or stored spot-check records at any time by contacting support@seenbeacon.com.
